It's funny. We had a dearth of dmen for so long, now we have have quite a few young and solid guys so we are debating who should be in and out. Good problem to have imo because you know several will get injured. - Hextall271
Absolutely. Cant risk losing one on waivers. Too much is being made of the early season roster maneuvers. Just like Sanheim and Lindblom in the past, if Myers is as good as everyone thinks he is, he will force thier hand. No need to poop on Hagg or Morin because Myers didnt earn his spot. |

I'm not concerned. There are reasons for the moves and I'm gonna cut them some slack. If by some miracle they flip the switch and win today, we'll have to find something else to complain about

I think we see a very different team from Monday. I like the adjustments AV made. Let's roll. |

I'm excited for the season. Very cautiously optimistic. I waiver between thinking they could be top 3 in the div or 8th. Rangers looked solid last night. |

I would love for them to get the pp in order. My stress level last year and this is off the charts with it. Get the puck to the net whatever way you can. Move it around fast and confidently, then picks on net as you get the d out of position |

We'll be lucky to only lose a player of their caliber in the ED. |

A straight swap I think is fair. But I also don’t like where his head is at. He has not really shown anything. And think they should give us the third. |

Ok? - Baxter27
It always comes back to this weird comparison to Schenn. We traded Schenn. Schenn was a big part of his team winning a Cup. We have to move forward. |

Agreed. I wouldn't do straight up. |

Niskanen on PP2 is the one lineup choice that completely baffles me. Sanheim should be running PP2, and he's not even on it. - Feanor
Niskanen still has a good shot. I'm not arguing against Sanheim but Niskanen should do fine in that role. |

They can’t put their best lineup out because of cap issues. This is unthinkable from seeing how they were positioned cap wise going into the summer.
This doesn’t appear to be a playoff team. But we’re capped out anyway. Wonderful work |

What's the cap issue? They can't call up Myers because Morin can no longer be sent down without going through waivers. Every team has to play by those rules... |

The Flyers should have at least 17 million in cap space at ALL times...like everyone else. |

I don't really understand why so many people are upset or perplexed over Niskanen being on PP2 over Sanheim. I like Sanheim and think he's going to be a good player, but it's not like Niskanen is a poor PP player. He's been a PP1or 2 player for the Caps for years. - Dkos
It’s not Niskanen I have a problem with. Sanheim should be in over Provorov |

Have you watched him play since? Hagg alone is an overpayment at this point. |
