One thing I have noticed. They are gap responsible.
You can see a guy start to skate towards a devil player and then stop to stay in the lane and not let any easy passes.
They are not chasing either.

Random story. My dad loved going to tag sales. It’s how I got my first hockey stick. One day when I was 6-7ish he came home with a French connection poster. Not many Sabres fan around these parts so that in itself is amazing. That poster hung on my wall for years. I wish I could say it’s why I became a Sabres fan but oddly enough that didn’t happen until a few years later. I really wish I still had that poster. |
