How many games has Hughes played yet for that comparison to be valid? I am going by his potential and what I see in his play. Did you watch the NJD preseason?

And Hall's season was one in which he single-handedly lifted NJ devils to playoffs. They had no one after him essentially, and he won the Hart for that.

Well coots is arguably a top 3 2-way center in the league so of course Hayes isnt on his level
