I like the new coach. Have heard nothing but positives about him from the Sabres reporters.

Rob Ray was on the local sports radio show today and talked about how he always has an answer for every question and has a strong relationship with the players. Mentioned Lindy Ruff as having none of those qualities. All the coaches after Ruff probably did not, as well.

I went to Toronto last night to see a show. Canada is a whole different world (New York is getting there).

Went to the botanist, bought three joints, went to the show and smoked them with police walking around us.

I will not die on this hill but, the alleged 4th line is not as bad as you wish them to be. High Corsi AND providing a service for the rest of the team.

I think I love this team. VERY entertaining squad this year. Fun to watch, that's for sure.

The roster build necessitates playing them a lot, i get it. But that should be a reason to get more help, not an excuse for those guys

Mojo is so, so good for this team. Help him.

Not that you asked - I agree 100%. It is awesome that they got the win AND my positive review cold be because of that...... The last 5 years, the Canadiens run all around the:

Eichel is a beast;
Oloffson will be/is awesome;
Skinner, scoring without Eichel (I know PP);
4th line - if you do not define them by salary - is good;
Did not quit;
Perhaps, the FA signing of Johanssen will be turn out good as opposed to the Moulson and Okposo signings;
They did not play their best and our Sabres got a fargin' win!

it just means that the other lines (particularly
13-37-whoever) need to provide the acing in their ice time that 28-22-21 don’t

If the other 3 lines score like they SHOULD
Then that line playing well purely defensively is a help, and not a hindrance

They were the best line for us in terms of possession tonight. And have been for the year

They’re expected goal for % between the 3 is averaging around 75% which is insanely good.

They’ve been the best 5 on 5 line, almost in the entire NHL right now
