Looking at the lineups that JC has come up with doesn't leave any confidence in his ability to actually think through his decisions.

I predict that the team begins playing better and winning more after going through turmoil. Bowma will trade away and call up players who will do what Colliton says to do in his system.
There is going to be more physical checking and fighting along the boards. Gus will have more offensive starts and Bowman/Colliton wil conspire to look for more TOI for Gus in the few weeks leading up to the trade deadline. If Gus is hot as in scoring i hope we could trade Gus and our #2 for a #1. I also think that Colliton system will either work well enough or cost him his job.
Bowman will bring in prospects for a few games each and by season end will say we are going to improve and it is going to happen as the prospects take jobs from veterans. This will be the last season for Saad and Crawford. The bulk of their salary will be going towards
others in the year(s) ahead.
Perhaps a sign for bargain because Gus hadn't produced enough - but is warming up near trade deadline - will be the sweetner for another team to take Gus.
Just hop on the bus, Gus. Make a new plan, Stan.
