Tavares line needs hyman back. For many here besides max, hyman is a very underappreciated player.

As for team play.....the leafs will be fine.

Really think some of this has to go on the coaching. We don't show up ready to go, seem to be outmatched even at home, guys have trouble with the system *assuming we have one here * especially in the defensive end.

Have to wonder if this is going to go how we all hope and want or if there is something more going on behind the scenes with Babs and Dubas and the power struggles etc there.

Nah, I'd say most appreciate him accordingly. It just looks like nothing compared to Max thinking that he should be Captain.

Leafs played a much better game against St Louis, that said, I'm not convinced St Louis is much better than a wild card team that squeaks in and gets drilled in the first round. Tampa IMO is a much better team than St Louis, they outworked, outplayed and certainly out hit the Leafs badly. They had three power plays in the first period and I believe they out hit the Leafs something like 14 - 5 (in Leafs building FFS) Kerfoot who is small, did alot more hitting than most - it was an embarassing game. Freddie has been sub par this season so far.

Not sure how many goals he’s had scored on him this season but 6-7 vs TB I wouldn’t hang in him, but that’s just me.

Max = Hyman's dad.

Must be some bad blood with him and marner's mom.

3-0 Marlies.

Aberg with 2 and Engvall with the other (also two assists). Liljegren with an assist.

Woll starting his first for the Marlies.

Should both be playing for the Leafs right now.

Useless clown Saborin for Ottawa just gave McBackup a flying knee to the head (OK, I'm exaggerating a bit, but he did fly into him high). And he had just gotten out of the penalty box.

I've never liked Petan but I think Spezza has been fine.

But I wouldn't be shocked to see both not playing much/at all later in the year.

Im not a Nylander fan im a Marner. But i say it as it is. Nylander has been earning his pay check. Marner looks like he is under achieving but he is on pace for 90 points still while not up to par. Rielly and Andersen are the only two i can say im disappointed in so far. But as history shows, they will ajust and come aroud.

Felt bad Reilly had to play with Ceci this year. He's clearly trying to do too much.

Kappy has the legs, but no hands and low hockey IQ. I’ve noticed he dumps the puck in for Mitchy and JT to go and get it. That’s his job. Get the puck and feed those two. Better suited for the 3rd line. Put Mickey on the 2nd line. Seems like a fit for me. I guess Babs doesn’t want to mess up the third line??
- OurSaviour_34

Babs MO is to have a set up guy, a shooter, and a guy that goes and gets the puck. Hymen is very, very good at that. Kap is a skater. He needs to get going up ice and use his speed, Hymen's role is't very suitable for him but who else would be able to do it better?

Aberg keeps on disappointing me. Was sure he was gonna be a ~40 pts 3rd liner in the NHL. Time is running out... If he (frank)s up again this year, it's back to Europe!

Fair enough, but that's hat happens when you are paired with someone who runs around in their own end. He's a number one d man, 5th in Norris voting, and he plays with a number 7. Easily predictable that he was going to have a down year.
