Remember when we complained about how Hawks went down so easily on marginal hits last year. Well not it is happening to our opponents. Sometimes it is just a glancing blow or shove at the right time and it catches the opponent off balance. By making more contact, even if they are not huge hits, it can really disrupt the opponent from making a play, joining the rush, making an outlet pass, etc....

It makes a difference and I really like to see this type of play.

Oof. Tough call there. Bure always looked like he was twice as fast as everyone else on the ice. Selanne looked that way too early on, but I think that was just because he stride was so smooth.

I do agree, Bure was a freak, but McDavid is doing this in 2019. I think Bure would be electric in 2019, but I still think CMD is faster than he was.

Seems like that McDavid line is always on the ice. THe Kampf line has controlled them, it's only when a shift change takes place do they get momentum.
