Fun game, I was in attendance with my Brock jersey

I liked the game. Canucks need to learn how to win those close games. It was sloppy but I enjoyed it.

I really like the D on the Canucks and Comets.

Thanks Carol!

Glass, 5 gp, 2g, 2a
Pettersson 4 gp, 1g, 1a

Don’t think Glass could have stepped into a better situation - playing with Stone & Pacioretty in that system... meanwhile we still haven’t given Pettersson a winger to create with (no, TJM is not that guy - IMO he should be back with Bo) & the 5 man unit deployment continues to be suboptimal.

I agree with all this.
I won't be surprised if Kole Lind becomes his RW, in the future. Kole has good offensive instincts, skates decent enough, has some aggressiveness, and will provide another option for that line, whether that happens later this season, or next, only time will tell.

Green said post game ice was real bad so add in AV tight checking strategy and its a boards battle game. Type of game Canucks are built to be able to win now....
- NuckUp

I thought they lost quite a few board battles. Miller, Myers, Leivo, Benn are serious upgrades in that department though.

I would have liked Benning to get both guys. I suggest Bo for Glass and Theodore at the deadline 2 years ago...

I agree .

The team has been competitive all four games and yet they are no where near to being in sync yet. That also holds true for the opponents .

Usually after the 10-12 game mark and the first road trip is over Coaches and MNGT will re-assess.

It will take time for this club to find chemistry and Petey to figure out how to get away and in position from defenders...he ain't McDavid or OV so it will be interesting to see how he handles the extra attention.

Loved the Bieksa interviews

Having Bo's line take over as they find their game has helped.Every line is doing okay but strong start from the D.

When was the last time we could say that?

I'm not sure if i'd call it extra attention but better competition. Said yesterday TG wasn't shying away from playing Petey against other top 6 lines.

Really funny but leading the team in Ozone starts is Brandon Sutter, Gaudette, Virtanen

Opposite that least ozone starts are Miller, Boeser, Pettersson.

What I like about Van's bottom 6 is that they are capable of handling some minutes against other teams top lines.

Been awhile for sure but good to see.

Just have to stay healthy lol

That's what we need from Bo and his line in those grind-them-out games. A shut down line we can rely on as we know now Bo is going to get the tough match-ups all the time.

Since they moved Sutter over and put Gauds on the line it is much better. Ferland still has not done much at all yet.

Probably a combination of both...but he is being keyed on to be sure.

Which is fine as it opens up space for Boeser and Miller. But Petey needs to figure out how to get around those things that's the sign of an elite player.

Our bottom 6 is solid enough now to step in and play their roles properly. Ferland has disappointed so far but I think his game will get going. Green just needs to keep the lines together for 6-10 games and let them find their way. If they lose 2 in a row the lines will probably be shuffled again lo

The thing about staying healthy , I think now that we are playing more in their end it will help. Also Uticas top 4 can all step in.

Rafferty has looked very good . He is going to play NHL and will be an upgrade on Troy from Richmond.

Ferland has thrown a bunch of hits. Gaudette has certainly come back down to earth.

I liked the line. I can see them all around the 12 goal mark Sutter over 15
