Went to Rangers/Oilers today. Wanted to see McDavid and co play. Man, McD flies, he's got a gear that no one else has. Nuge is pretty sweet too. Was surprised how much Panarin passed instead of shot on their PP's.. Great result too, oil won 4-1

pretty much. Koskinan didn't play but holy poop he's a monster. He's so f'n large it's unreal. Drai doesn't skate that well but has a sense for where to be and plays smart. McD is just off the charts. I was really pumped to watch him play. He's so fast, and plays well off the puck too on rushes. He's impressive to watch.

I had high hopes for Koskinen when he was an Islander prospect. I think he suffered an injury, and then played in Europe. At some point, the Isles' brass lost interest in him, and they lost any rights to him.

Sadly I must agree. He's not absolutely terrible, just not much impact for a Top 5 pick. Another of Snow's misses in the draft.

I don't remember him being quite that bad, but I know you get to watch B'port games, so I will take your word for it. Goalies are a funny breed. Sometimes they take a long time to develop.
