Drops mic - GilPerreault11
Oh man I feel so sorry for you dude. I truly do. Especially if you think a 6 game sample is a mic drop moment. For your sake I really hope he continues this level of defensive competency, because if history is any indication....
Maybe a tad too comfortable. Hes been non existent at the games - Boss34
I mean the line had extended zone time. They are our defacto 4th line at the end of the day. I was so impressed with the win I rewatched the extended highlights and the Mitts line showed up in several clips despite not getting on the scoreboard.

There was one play today where Mitts worked hard to get a decent shot off. Vesey was hanging out on the side of the next instead of creating some traffic. I rolled my eyes. It was the kind of soft perimeter play we've seen too much of the last few years.

Vesey's pretty much invisible.
Mitts played good for sure.
I'm unimpressed with a top 9 guy playing on the defacto 4th line .
Aside from a few games with Skinner
He did the same last year
Constantly fed Reinhart when together - homiedclown
He also had 5 points in 7 games as well when he was elevated to play with Sam. He can’t drive his own line but he can produce in a complimentary role. It’s tough to put up points when you get hardly any PP time. Mitts has one less even strength point then Eichel 6 games in.
@Sabresstats

4. Doug Bodger (287/479=0.60)
5. Rasmus Dahlin (52/88=0.59)
It’s so nice to have a true #1 D man - OneKaneOneCup
A potential one, like Homie said, who is a big boy and can keep it in his pants, he has to develop his D game. I think it's nice that we are developing a solid D core which helps the overall team.

Mitts has played well despite having vesey on his line with limited minutes
