I want Olofsson not with Eichel 5v5 , but keep him with Eichel on PP

Bishop hasn't played well at all this year.

Hopefully the Sabres can capitalize on his subpar performances so far.

He currently has a better sv% than Hutton and a better GAA than Ullmark. He's lost two games only giving up two goals. They have 12 goals in 6 games. I would think that is more of their issue than goaltending.

I think that they are expecting some more physical games this week with Dallas today and then at the Ducks and Kings followed by a home and home with the Sharks. I would expect Vesey and Lazar to be in and ERod out.

If Olofsson hasn't been scoring while on Jack's wing, why would Vesey have more success? Based on what Olofsson has done on the PP, he clearly has some chemistry with Jack and can put it in the net in general. Haven't seen that from Vesey thus far.

This will be a tough game today. Dallas doesn’t give up many goals. Their record is deceiving. Dallas is a good team who will come out with intensity trying to correct their poor start.

This is a big test. The Sabres need to play well defensively and hold them to two goals or less to win. When we come out with a win, it will prove that this team is legit.

Ben Bishop has killed the Sabres. In 13 games he is 12-0-1 with a .951 sv% and a 1.37 GAA. However Dallas is 5-8-1-1 at the KBC. Hopefully the team comes out ready to play a full 60 minutes. Dallas has a bad record, but started with a pretty tough schedule. They are yet another team that we should expect to be playing desperate hockey.

Not expecting any line changes today. Just saying Vesey with Eichel is something we're likely to see more of this year.
