I’d rather have Andreoff or Gabriel, at least they can keep up with the pace of NHL play. Plus neither is a prospect anymore so I don’t care if they only get into the occasional game.

Stewart, OTOH, is a guy I never want to see in the lineup.

Don't know. Mills hasn't played in a year, how good can he be? Darby when healthy is just okay. However it's not hard not to be better than what they have now. Not upgrading the secondary and relying on a bunch of mediocre corners was a huge mistake by Roseman coming into the season. Other than signing Walker, what did they do to upgrade the defense? It's going to cost them the season.

I don't know what he was thinking not upgrading the d in the off-season. They're wayyyy too reliant on the front line.

Then again I don't know why more teams don't just get pass happy on the Eagles. It's been their biggest weaknesses for some time now.

If having Stewart on your team is the downfall to your season there are much bigger problems on the roster.

Team negative in mid season form. Stewart is a glue guy. Other than taking up minimal cap space I’m happy for the guy.
