letang can be extremely frustrating, so im not gonna try to sell you on him as a norris winner. however, crosby is still very much challenging mcdavid for retaining the title of best overall player.

as far as ghost. yikes. you know I was all for him in the offseason as a hypothetical acquisition, but this season has not been kind to him to date

yeah. i wont necessarily say youre wrong, but ghost is definitely a guy where if youre making the decision to not have him on the PP. the next logical one to make is to not have him in your lineup

43 vs 21 in scoring chances, 22 vs 7 in high danger chances.

Flyers were the (much) better team from the 2nd period on, despite the score.

One team got good goaltending and buried their chances... the other just didn't.

Time to move on from this early season bs schedule and settle in with some home games and a more normal schedule. They did some good things to start (improved special teams) and there are some things to work on. I’m still optimistic with AV and this coaching staff that they’ll get this going.
