I agree, worst period all year. Anaheim knows that can't skate with us, so pressure us all over the ice and force us to dump in and cycle. This team is good, talented but we need to be able to react to various tactics, very similar to the Blue Jackets approach. It's high risk against us but it can be successful. Ulmark has been a sieve and What the hell happened to Erod??? People bash Dirty Pod Racer but this dude is horrific

Not sure what analytics would say but I don’t hate this game. I think we’re out chancing them by a lot, we’re just getting beat by the better goalie. Olofsson scores on the breakaway except the puck rolls on him, johnannson scores but it hits the dmans stick, Reinhart had the wide open net and hits the post. not much puck luck tonight.

I also like how they’re not backing down from Anaheim’s goon tactics.

Tackling another player with a neck lock to the ice while said player is skating hand in hand with Referee after play has ended like an hour ago should be 5min and player ejection. Period.

Every team should just horse collar Matthews, McDavid, Eichel while they are skating along side a ref....wtf?

Risto and Ullmark don’t make this list ahead of all of those guys, come on Michael, you’re better than that. What has Joker done wrong and Vesey has probably had more chances than anybody, albeit with a big 0 still in goals

Risto got caught in no mans land at the circle and missed the guy and the puck. He let the feed through to the streaking forward. Erod could have done a better job disrupting it, but Risto was out to lunch
