He’s a Defenseman. It’s right there in the name of the position. If he can’t play D he’s worthless. As far as I’m concerned, any offense from a defenseman should be icing on the cake to a guy who is solid defensively.

Put Kubalik with Dach and Kane and Saad with Toews and Shaw. Maybe put Strome and Cat back together and see if the bromance can get each of them going.

His best 5x5 shot is the quick wrister from the slot - best (or 2nd best) on the team. He’s scored a lot on those the last two seasons.
