Wow
Toews Kane Cat all asleep
Don’t get it

My soapbox tonight and I'm staying on it

Their lines have zero chemistry. They were struggling individually in the first couple of games, so JC mixed up the lines, but has yet to try for more than 1-2 shifts the line the worked so well last year or the line of 12-17-65 that did well in a game this year.

YEAH!! 12-19-88 has some chemistry. Looky there. (yes, I know it was a PP)

ETA: First smile I've seen on Kane in 2 games

No more penalties! Jfc.

Also, 16 scoring chances for Cbj. Not good. Glad Adb tied it up, good game for him.

His hands looked real fast the his last game when he let in a goal from outside the circles. His puck handling is an adventure.
- Elbows15

Yup, he’s stopped 61 of 66 shots this season. Lehner is definitely the problem.

I'm surprised how good Smith looked this game, especially on the pk.

Have to say (fingers crossed) that our PK has looked worlds better than last year's

Seriously, need we remind everyone of Cam Ward's stint?

Debrincat needs to be on the RW until he's in the offensive zone. He can't get out of his own zone to save his life. Actually most of the wingers playing their off wing can't receive a pass on their backhand except Kane.

I just wish he could skate like Perlini.

I've never understood the thinking that if a team isn't as confident in a goalie that they'll play worse. Maybe those of you who play can explain, as I'd assume it would be the opposite.

I wouldn't mind that speed on a few more of our players.

Because you try and do too much. You are so intent on preventing a SOG, that you end up out of position. Similar to a defensive back always going for an interception.

I agree, really good effort tonight & good goaltending tandems help too. Slow progress, still learning, but I think better. Not looking at the 30th place in this small sample.

Gotcha - thanks for the explanation!

Let's hope Lehner is better than usual in the 3-on-3 and, if needed, shootout

PK good but the ice is trash. Puck looks like a pinball.

Toews just looks lost on the ice. Monstars steal his hockey IQ and hands?
