Neither of them would want to be here. AJ Green is already playing in poopcinatti, Buffalo is a step-up from that crap-hole, imo.
- BeadyEyedDouche

Why not for Green, good chance of going to the playoffs, prove your healthy, get your game back on track for 1 last decent contract

I think it will take a few months for them to recognize that a rebuild is in order. They are old and hoping their vets can turn it around. They won’t be interested in Okposo and Scandella type players, they will want prospects and picks.

Most of their guys have NMCs but Eric Staal does not. He is 34, has two years at 3.something million and imo would be a great addition to our team. Big, tough, could play 2C and add a lot of leadership and experience. He’s been in the playoffs and he played with Skinner.

That’s who I would be targeting. A prospect and a pick for him close to the trade deadline. Then we use a dman + whatever it takes to get another top six who’s big and tough to help for the playoff style hockey that we aspire to play at the end of the year.

I have been on the Staal train for awhile now, back to last TDL. The timing is absolutely perfect as far as his contract period.
Go target Tuch for the big, fast, productive player. Those two would be fantastic additions

Maybe you pluck Green and Dunlap from Cinnci

Be a for that, maybe Staal would give the Sabres a chance, especially if he thinks they have a better chance at playoffs. But might cost some prospects to get both players.

Wouldn't just getting away from Cousins and getting a QB with a cannon be enticing for a young WR. It's not like Minnesota is a great place to spend your fall/winter either. Diggs pretty much said he wanted to be traded.

I wouldn't be excited to go from Kirk Cousins to Josh Allen.

He needs to go to a team like Arizona, they won't trade him in-division.

No way Diggs is happy coming to Buffalo.

If the bills defense has a weakness. It is getting to the QB. Von Miller hasn’t had a good season. Not sure what’s wrong with him

Most aren't happy when they get traded here. A lot of them come around

[quote=homiedclown]how did gerbe work out in the pros?

it's

Injurys killed gerbe but cole has a shot like Ovechkin that can't be stopped and his hockey IQ is insane so he knows where to go at the right time and he knows how to pick his battles

Diggs won’t be traded. If you follow anything Vikings. Diggs usually acts like that.

And last week had he 150 yards and 3 tds he’s fine

What I said is that Weissbach is setting up Crapfield which is a fact. And if you followed Weissbach like I have, you would know that injuries, particularly last year slowed him down. Wisconsin wasn't a very good team the last few years but they are loaded this year. Let's not forget Turcotte plays on that line as well.

Enjoy following the Habs.

- mhp

Just because I educate myself around the league and Prospects you have to assume that I'm a Habs fan that makes sense ..

Did I call Weissbach a bust? No in fact when we drafted him I said he could have a career like Joe pavelski if he reaches his potential but hey I love your negativity

Again, Staal said he was going to retire if Minnesota didn't re-sign him. Also, Tuch just signed a 7 year contract. Players typically don't get traded after signing a long term deal, and although I like him, Tage could very well become the better player.

Foster is not even close to the level of AJ green. The bills should not go off that

Injuries effect smaller players more often then bigger players

Injuries, not injurys

That's not entirely true gerbe tried using his body to spark energy but he didn't pick his battles correct there is tons of small players in the league right now having very successful careers his downfall was him trying to be Rudy out there

Oh I agree, if healthy he would give the Bill's a strong WR core. It's just rumors my friend heard, don't know if it is the truth. Personally I would do it and would see if I could get Dunlap included to

Looked up all of Caufield's goals through 3 games.

The 2 versus Boston College were power play goals with Weissbach as the primary assistor.

Weissbach was the lone assistor on the Caufield goal at the start of the 3rd period versus Merrimack (Weissbach was the primary assistor on the Turcotte power play goal in the first).

In the game against Minnesota Duluth where Weissbach had a goal and two primary assists on both of Caufield's goals, Weissbach's goal was on the power play.

Now, to the video...

VS. Boston College:
1st Caufield PP goal came off a very good, one touch Weissbach pass from side of the net which left Caufield the space to get off his shot. Strong pass from Weissbach.
Weissbach put it on a tee again for Caufield on his 2nd PP goal, again on a very good one touch pass, this time from above the right faceoff circle, which left Caufield all alone on the left side.

VS. Merrimack:
Could not get video of the Weissbach to Caufield goal.

VS. Minnesota Duluth:
Weissbach put it on an absolute tee again for Caufield in the goal to start the game. Excellent pass, under the defenders stick.
Weissbach's PP goal was a slam dunk layup off an excellent pass from Turcotte.
Caufield could not have had a more wide open net off the fake shot pass from Weissbach. He put it on a tee again for Caufield.

Summary: the Wisconsin power play is ridiculous and loaded with talent. On 4 of the 5 Caufield goals that I could watch video on, where Weissbach was the primary assistor, Weissbach made it easy for Caufield to score with very good passes each time.
