How about a little love for ZAR? He’s got 4 points in 7 games with a 54%CF with only 30% of his shifts starting in the O zone. His relative CF and FF are both +3% as well. He’s also one of our more physical players. His pace last season was 32 points. Would love to see him hit a 40 point pace which adds another trade chip (either him or someone else)

I liked Dr Sleep a lot. Very excited for the movie. Looks like they’re gonna do it justice and I love Mike Flanagan. He and Ari Astel are my two favorite guys in the horror game right now.

Definitely with you here. Gotta be happy with the results and the processes hasn’t been all that bad either. First line and first pairing have been great. Second pairing is fine. Looks like we have contributors up and down the lineup. Johnson and Gudbranson are finally being treated appropriately as our bottom two defensemen and not being over deployed like last year. Really my only problem has been the second line and that can be directly blamed on injuries. If we drop one or two in the coming games I won’t be too worried.

Zach-Aston Reese has an xGF% of +9.78% relative to the rest of the team. The highest positive margin of any Penguin player, O or D, so far this season.

It's way early, but ZAR's analytics look like Simon's usually do. His numbers are best on the team and nobody outside the top line and pair is even close. Sometimes players make a big jump their second season, Simon did, and it would be a nice bonus if ZAR became somewhat of a play driver.
