How do you miss a two on none? - Rinosaur
Thought Lafferty didn’t skate himself into a good position to shoot that puck.
Anyways, great moves, Topher. |

He did. He looked and made the right call to keep it due to the back checker who would have almost certainly broken the pass up with a stick lift. He just didn’t skate into a good angle for the shot after making the call to keep. |

McCann says hi - Thorny87
Ha just saw this! He said that injury had been nagging him, so maybe I was too hard, but big goal.
Another one for that line, Hornqvist! |

He was on his backhand wasn’t he? Pretty tough to get an advantageous angle without pulling it back into the defender. It was a nice shot. Just a bit off.

Ahh gotchya.. I was actually looking away from the screen but right after I heard Mearsy's voice piping up I looked over and saw the shot. Looked like Tanev was right up his a$$ behind him. |

Yeah. Won’t argue too much with that. Think the positioning could have been better but ultimately he was just the wrong handiness. |

I was late getting home so I’ve just now caught up on the action. Blueger continues to look like a shade of how he was last year. Kahun continues to improve. I’m normally a Simon fan but I think Galchenyuk can provide more tangible offense if he were on the top line
Most importantly.. The second pair looks better at times and Petts continues to score. Most fun player to watch (aside from Sid and Jake) is definitely Marino. Need some work away from the puck? Sure. With the puck though? He’s been terrific through 2 periods. Even JJ looks pretty good (although a couple decisions like his gap on the 1st goal) are still classic JJ. Still better tho - WSCTeton17
3C looks a little too big for him, his wings are holding him up. Fine for 4C. |

I also feel bad for talking about how ad Hornqvist's contract is. He's having an amazing start. Need to keep him on that top PP. |
