After enjoying the ‘we both suck’ chant at last years Devil - Rangers game I was really looking forward to better days ahead and a renewed rivalry. Yet here we are. Fun draft and offseason but we are both still poopty. |

Agreed on Fox. I was at the game last night and there's a lot to like about his game but not enough for me to give up a 2nd round pick. I don't think an extra 30-40 games in the nhl is worth a potential top 6 player in the long term. Rangers will burn the pick anyway. |

Chytil has 26 points in 84 career games. I don’t think he’s ready yet and bringing him up now will just stunt his development.
Why can’t we have a kid that comes in and scores 4 goals in their debut like Matthews and continues to just light up the league? You see the flashes with Kakko but he’s also been playing like a p u s s y. Always looking for the pass rather than holding the puck and making a play. I blame Quinn. |

I don’t really have a problem leaving the younger players in the minors, don’t want an oilers poop show here. Leave them there until they a ready. The wings were great at leaving their prospects in the A until more than ready.
I thought last night they played a pretty good first period but horrible 2nd and just a bad third. Maybe playing more and getting into a rhythm of playing may help. |

Quinn is playing a bottom pairing defenseman who got waived 2 years ago on our third line on offense and Haley who was last relevant as an enforcer in 2012 on our 4th line. No poop we can’t score |

If Shesty proves to be ok, Georgie is worth a lot in a trade. Leafs would probably pay ~ a top6 player and a good prospect.
