Listen, I get it. I really do. But this team has 1 playoff appearance in 18 years. I don't think we're in a position to criticize how we're winning. Same with people pissing and moaning about the Sabres not winning the right way after starting 7-1-1. - The_Inkwell
I am very happy to be here
Sabres have yet to peak
7-1-1
Bills have yet to peak
5-1

complaining about Josh Allen lol smh - gerbe75pts
The Bills are winning games just like I thought the Broncos would this year. Strong running game and elite defence. Sure, having the easiest schedule I think I’ve ever seen a team have its first 6 games plays into that but they are winning despite Allen not because of him.
There is no excuse for being a red zone INT away from being down by 2+ scores at the half at home to quite possibly be one of the worst NFL teams ever constructed.
The Bills in all likelihood should/will be a playoff team, however Allen better figure it quick or else the Bills could be one and done once again. |

like i cannot believe people are pleased with allen leading a 4th quarter comeback against perhaps the worst NFL football team of all time - robz228
I’m so confused as to why Allen is the only talking point here, yet again.
The defense let the Dolphins control the ball for 10 min to start the third, and then we drove 98 yards pretty easily, got a TO, scored another TD pretty easily.
We had a drop on the second drive that killed a TD chance.
He had a bad second quarter. Good lord it’s not that bad |

Our d was average today and we won - homiedclown
yep, allen was great in the 4th quarter and white made a couple hero plays. but they were lifeless on offense before that. |
|
|
|
just a note: most good quarterbacks dont need to make a 4th quarter comeback in the majority of their games because he can't do jack poop for the 25 minutes previous
allen is way better than i expected him to be already, but come on, he is just nowhere near good enough yet
but if you wanna get a boner for comeback wins against two winless teams, a one win team, and a two win team. by all means. have at it. - robz228
I mean the wins all count the same, but you hit the nail on the head here. |

Don't get me wrong, the rest of the team was also underperforming. But for some reason people give Allen a free pass for all wrongdoings and he is completely immune to criticism.
Passionately arguing that the defense needed to be better today is silly, because everyone will acknowledge that. |

He was up and down. Bad in the second quarter, great at the end of third and 4th quarter.
I don’t get why anyone is talking about him today. Like he did nothing really bad and nothing spectacular. |

Holding penalties, dropped passes. I mean god there's only 10 other guys on the field with Allen. Nobody is saying that he doesn't need to get better. |

That rainbow to Duke today - homiedclown
True, true. I'm not trying to poop on Allen at all, I'd just like to see him hit more deep balls. He's definitely a clutch comeback guy, which is hard to quantify |

I'm going to respond with 'what' to that comment based on reading Twitter and here during the Patriots game and almost every other game aside from today when he has turnovers or misses throws.
Where on earth are you seeing everyone giving him a free pass?
Also, who are the good teams to worry about? Most would acknowledge that New England is the best team in the AFC, agreed? They barely won with multiple turnovers from Allen.
Overall, I don't see a giant list of consistently flawless QB's around the league. Mahomes? Brees (maybe)? Who else? Rodgers hasn't looked like his old self in a while and Brady sure doesn't look the same either. |

He was one throw away from being flawless in the 2nd half.
That might not be spectacular but it's pretty damn good. |

whats our record with an average defense? 2-4? have some standards for your franchise quarterback. good lord. - robz228
Who said he's a Franchise Quarterback yet. Hopefully he gets there, he's improving. He was drafted to hopefully be one, but he's basically only played 1 full season. |

This should be concerning to anyone who watches the games. He cannot hit an accurate deep ball. Still in good position for the playoffs though
Tyrod's deep ball was a beautiful rainbow - jcragcrumple
Great.
He threw the ball like 11 times a game. |

Are the Sabres for reals or do we see an epic collapse here in a month like last season? I am still skeptical because I remember last season and well the Sabres have sucked so bad for so long. |

Trust me, I'm not saying I'd rather have Tyrod, I just want to see Allen hit the deep ball more consistently. So far, he's basically just been asked to be a game manager |

He's 10-7 as a starter. Does he have sh!t to work on? Yes. But he can't be to blame for "all" his problems.
That co¢ksucker Daboll game plans for a pass heavy offense against a team that's giving up 176 yards on the ground per game. Why?
Allen should never have been put in the position of having to throw the ball as much as he did today. They should have run it down Miami's throat. |

Well Allen has been a part of are record, defense allowed them to drive down the field, not Allen. Yes he has made some big mistakes, we are having problems scoring points, finishing drives. But that's not all on Allen. Holding Penalties, False starts, dropped passes have killed quite a few drives, and some big plays actually. Yes you would like not to see him have to do so many 4th QTR comebacks, but he's done it, and it will help him in the long haul. |
