I would guess no.
As for the quote, Mojo is an alternate captain and he's saying all the right things. When Eichel had to play with Girgensons, I'm sure he said the same things

Mike Grier had 23 points and was a -7 playing 14:22 a night on the second line with Drury when we went to the conference final.
I hated it. So many unbelievably talented players on that team, probably 10 top six forwards, and there was Grier eating up minutes, missing Drury wide open, shovelling the puck into the chest protector of the goalie on breakaways, and just generally doing nothing offensively.
Coaches think differently than fans. Sometimes they are right and sometimes they are wrong and end up fired. If the Sobotka experiment is to be called a success, at some point I feel he has to put up at least a few more points, but I bet Freddy doesn't see it that way.
