its funny we had a meeting out in long beach in June, houses my size(1100 sq ft) in the Town of Ton i got for under 100k that size house or smaller in long beach is pushing a mill.

Sounded like Bylsma knew the X's and O's very well, but was a terrible communicator. I don't know how much Kruger knows X's and O's (he has to know some as players keep referencing his system) but he knows how to communicate.

I'm not saying you can get by without some technical knowledge and just have communication, not at all. What I am saying though is you can't get by with technical knowledge and no communication skills.

Leadership is more about communicating than it is knowing everything. You can hire system people to cover up for some of your weaknesses, but you can't be a leader that can't communicate performance expectations in a performance based industry.

Can't coach successfully or prepare a team to win if you can't communicate what you want them to do.
