I’d like to see Hughes in the s/o top 3.

The way I see it is a young team got up on a very experienced veteran team and let off the gas. I agree the team responded well after the time out but it was just a small lapse and it cost them. This will be a good lesson. Marky has been great this year so I will give him a pass, he also owned the collapse he's really grown a tonne. I am optimistic about the chemistry that Ferland showed with JV, and Hughes assist on the Boeser goal was something that has been missing for a very long time.

You don't blow a lead in the 3rd like that. They needed to push back and get another goal. Too much reliance on Marky saving them. His mental set back there caught them by surprise.

Hopefully they learned a lesson. Green too. There will be bumps along the way to growth. They go on another win streak then lesson learned.

The one positive thing I saw was the distribution of the points.

Humongous had a full on panic. Blamed the coach for allowing 7 shots in the 3rd and stated it was the nail in the coffin for the season
