I also don't remember a lot of the Caps running the leafs 3 years ago either. Kadri, Boyle, Komorov, Martin, and Polak. The Leafs skilled kids were all rookies, and they still got 95 points, and forced a tough contender into a good series.

Simmonds old and slow. Need a player to be able to skate better. Would rather develop this type of player internally, someone like Mason Marchment.
