Bad thing for #68 and #39, they will see a much faster team than L.A., and a defense that will be activated quite often from the blueline. Like the speed of the blueline better when Seabs is out, but #7 is better defensively than #68 or #39.

Bingo...not saying he can touch the career that Sharp had, but it's a very similar path other than Sharp wasn't the high draft pick Perlini was

This is outstanding news. The less we see of Seabs and Crawford with Koekkoek and Lehner taking their places the more games we’re going to win.

Nope. Seabs is awful defensively. Plz keep him on the bench. Koekkoek is much better at both ends of the ice.

I was just wondering about this. Good. I'm glad he had the stones to do it again. Love Seabrook and everything he's done for this Franchise, but at some point the resume of what you done doesn't mean squat if you're not producing. Maybe the team played well because they played the Kings and they're gonna be a bottom team in the league again, but there's no way of knowing without playing the guys and see what you got

I wouldn't say he's better. He's faster that's for sure and because of that he's able to at least keep up with guys and won't get beat constantly

I asked Seabrook if he was upset about 2nd consecutive scratch:

"What do you think? It's not fun, sitting out."

Said Colliton hasn't talked to him since telling him Sunday he was out of lineup vs. LA.

"There is no conversation. He just told me, that's it."

you have to wonder if seabs continues to see less playing time...esp when murphy comes back if this forces the issue of his departure..

Lots of players it’s not ending well for recently - Saarella, Perlini, Seabrook...how happy is Crawford right now...if they fall out of the playoff race this year, how happy is Kane going to be next summer....

Their ability to chase down pucks and move them the other way is the key to the whole thing. That is what tilts the ice. Both are faster than SEabrook.
