Here they are doing it tonight. Last time they did it another date, we had parents from surrounding cities who decided to bring their kids here so they could have a double halloween

Streets were swarming with kids, we were out of candies very early. At one point we even started asking the kids where they were from. Some parents are really (frank)ing dumb.

It's raining lightly in Ottawa, so the traffic is an extra hour, a truck is on fire on the highway, power lines are down in the West end and all the idiots who bike/transit to work normally are in their barely used cars driving like morons.
