There are internal alternatives for sure.
Mitts to 2C has interesting +/-'s.
It may put undo pressure on him and cave his confidence.
It may uplift his game by playing with two clearly very very good linemates.

I like what he's done this year so far in fairly limited ice time. He seems more interested in what's going on around him. Last year he just seemed disengaged much of the time.

Even if they don't want to make the overall change, I could see rewarding his work with a few shifts here and there up there with Skinner and Johansson. See what they can do together. Perhaps something like that is more doable at the moment without causing too much upheaval in the lineup.

My cousin just moved to Phoenix. I'm flying to Vegas, cuz is meeting me there and will drive us back to Phoenix, I fly home from there. Games are back to back (fri/sat) which kinda stinks, but getting out there Wed night and staying until Mon.

It does suck for the most part because even on Friday next week when they play, it's in the afternoon when a good portion of us are probably at work. I can try and figure out a way to watch it while there, but it's not the same as being at home on my couch watching it on my TV.

Yes, but I mentioned in another post that I'm leaving in 5 weeks and in the process of training someone else. It just makes it tough to train someone when you're not in the same place. It can be done via screensharing and phone conversations but it's easier when you're in the same place.

That's the worst part about using Reddit streams. Generally they're about 2-3 seconds behind. I'll get a text from my dad so I know something is about to happen

This is why I like having center ice, I can come home and watch the game whenever I want regardless of the time it starts, especially nice when they go out west as well.
