1-He has to reinvent himself as a power forward, not in title but in play
2-he needs to grow into his body, learn he is 6'6" and 210, not 5-9 175 anymore, I'm talking about his body control, learning his circle radius isn't 3' anymore, but 6'...his skating g stride, ability to corner, change direction, balance.
