Yeah I saw the clip last night. Botts has to add a good player while breaking even salary wise or shedding some salary

I couldn't care less about marijuana use and feel like the NFL needs to re-evaluate their views on it, but these other drugs need to have some sort of testing and consequences for using it, IMO anyway.

One thing I can say is at least NHL players are smart enough to take stuff that is out of their system so getting caught is technically harder.

The issue with marijuana is that as long as its "illegal" it wont be allowed. atleast that has medical benefits where i do not believe coke and molly have any health benefits

I don't disagree with this. It's not something I would ever do recreationally, and I've never had a medical condition that would warrant it's use currently, but I do think that it has it's place from a medical standpoint.

I'd personally rather that they'd be using it more for pain management than the prescription opiods. But maybe that's just me.

I know a guy in Cali who has UC or one of those intestinal problems and the pain management from marijuana has been in credible. Previously he was on prescription meds which he had a lot of issues coming off of.

Its also helped to an extent my wife with MS but not completely solved the pain part.

I would be for anything that is an alternative to prescription meds which is an issue for a lot of people

Ya, I was in that thread, whomever proposed that was disillusioned and was called out by another poster as such.
IMO, there is absolutley no way Cozens gets in that conversation...hard pass and hang up the phone as soon as you here "Dyl".

I get they want younger guys to fit their timetable, but they also need some guys to play now...rumor has it Detroit has made it known they are open to AA discussions, so he isn't immovable and his value should be accordingly.
