We need to make a move for a top 6 forward and everyone knows that. The 2020 draft should realistically be heavy on forwards as well to fill the cupboards.

I understand that and the Cozens situation as well. But Botterill has done - frankly - a poop job of acquiring forward talent at the prospect level. Pointing to the 2020 draft and saying hell fix it then is lazy. There's a dearth of high-end forward talent at every level of the organization.

I honestly can't believe the drugs that are "legal" prescription vs. the drugs that are "illegal" and mostly natural. It's literally because prescription drugs are refined and produced in labs and therefore, easier to control the distribution and production of, as opposed to things that grow in the dirt in any climate.

Never tried Xanax but I hate pills of any kind, even ibuprofens and other OTC pain-killers. They're dirty and way too easy to abuse and become dependent on.

Oh, if you do a dose large enough to actually "trip" or "roll" as it's called with MDMA, you absolutely feel like a pig in mud but I have never experienced a hard come down on pure MDMA. Ecstasy, yes, because it's usually cut with something else, like an amphetamine or caffeine or another stimulant. But pure, high grade MDMA is like a roller-coaster. It's fun and all over the place but you might puke, too.

It's all dependent on your tolerance, experience and body/weight index. The guy I got it from actually asked me what I planned on doing with it because no one ever buys that much, I said microdosing, he said how many doses will you get, I said maybe 8 and he said yeah, that's not microdosing for most people so be careful... But I did use it recreational a couple times anyway and I honestly dosed too small to really roll face so it's not something to try until you have experience. And for your first time, NEVER by yourself.

It also is the literal worst taste on the planet, like face-melting bitter/chemical. It's the worst.

The worst come-down, imo, is actual mushrooms, I've never come down super hard off the psilocybin for some reason but mushrooms hit me like a truck. It goes from literal rolling in bed euphoria to literal scrub the (frank)ing corners of my bathroom and kitchen crying my eyes out naked and lay down in the shower for 45 minutes in the fetal position. Not every time and not if you dose it properly but if you get a strong batch, get ready for an existential crisis around hour 6.

Can’t say I’ve done shrooms. Did Molly a few times in my late teens and early twenties so that’s why I brought up how large the dosages would have to be cause I’ve had my fair share of come downs after festivals and parties.

These days though even if I just get drunk at the club though I’m hungover for a few days (Never thought I’d say that before turning 25).

Did you do molly by itself or did you mix it with other drugs or alcohol? And if you were at a festival, you were probably dosing VERY high, and absolutely, you would probably have a comedown.

Hopefully Tage fills 1 spot. The only other guys around are CJ Smith, Elie, and Lazar....all just depth guys. Maybe Ruotsalainen plays his way into the picture. You're looking at multiple signings/trades to fill the void.

I think Bryam is a tad bit overhyped but he should be a good one as well. Avs will have a very young and talented d-corps.

Because of a 19 year old kid is going to play in the nhl .... it’s easier / less responsibility to play the wing vs playing center.

Also, cozens has played wing in junior and the world juniors

Just don't see them going that route. Cozens or Mitts have to be that guy.

Feels like we've been talking about this for long time, but acquiring a 2C at a reasonable price with a reasonable term is next to impossible. It's why we have MoJo. If Mitts or Cozens can't take that job next year, it's crushing.

This place is hobby enough. And booze helps.

That's all fine, but they've given us no indication that they're considering it and there's a job waiting there for him in the hands of a natural winger.

The Sabres have handled Casey so poorly it boggles my mind that they're still doing it
