Deflection to Mojo out front led to a scoring chance that would have opened the scoring for us. Great play behind the net and pass to Dahlin led to the 3 on 2 rush that did lead to our first goal. Broke Vesey in all alone on a breakout pass in the 2nd period and has had good possession in the o-zone. He has been very noticeable today on a good way.

He made a bad defensive zone read that lead to a goal, duly noted but he has been good today.

What has our $9M dollar winger done today ? Haven’t seen a single post about his play. 55 and 19 are getting caved in again but I see nothing about them either.

Mitts has played most of the season with them yet he should be in the AHL. Mitts gets elevated has a good night, Skinner gets demoted and does nothing.

I was told Skinner is a “top end” player. He should be able to produce with anyone, especially for $9M a year.

Our common ground is that we as Buffalo Sabres fans were hoping that this team under Ralph was different.

And sadly once again, we were fooled.

It is becoming abundantly clear with each passing game that this team is no different than last year's team.

It’s frustrating but they’re different than last year. It’s still early and they will be better. You don’t beat Tb when your -#1 goalie gets thoroughly outplayed by their backup. Goals 2 and 4 were pure garbage. Sabres outchanced them 2:1

Reasonable but team won’t be worse this year. Don’t mind the effort this game.

Needs are simple- 2 forwards one of which a Wilson type (we’ll get cousins in)

Yeah, so when the refs fly back to the states, they can hold their heads high in the league office and claim they called it fair, see even penalties, no need for the tape.
