It’s almost like the players are unable to learn and adjust, I see the same issues game in game out as I saw when disco was coaching, they give up their blueline way to easy, there is only one line that consistently forchecks and put pressure on the other teams defence. Outlet passes and dzone play are not where they should be and when we get chances on offence we seem to try as hard as we can to mess the chance up by overpassing, missing the net and taking a stupid shot from a bad angle.

Team played a good style and system for the first 6 games or so and now that’s gone and they are back to their old ways, shoddy goaltending has also been an issue at time.
Three different coaches, two separate gms, new players but the same crap on the ice, for the life of me I can’t figure out why so many players seem to forget how to play hockey when they come to Buffalo.

It's like watching figure skating out there. PUSSIES ON ICE. Sorry I am frustrated, fighting isn't in the sport that much anymore, but until the Sabres make teams understand that poop like that won't be tolerated and a price will be paid, every team we play is gonna try to intimidate us because they now the Sabres won't do anything about it

I'm not sure what you mean, but no one was mocking maroon or the guy that stood over eichel. Tampa fan base probably enjoyed it.

We couldn't just upgrade any of vesey, erod, sobatka. girgs , larsson and here combined 3 goals for a tough guy?

Not really. Last time they were good I was late teens and cared more about going out.

Now I really look forward to a Friday night game after a long work week, or a random Tuesday game, and they give me so little entertainment 75% of the time.

I’m checked out until moves are made.

Bogo and Okposo is still 11+ on the cap.

Bright side is Dahlin is awful right now and it ABSOLUTELY is going to get a ton better which is going to be a big help.

But I’m out on him until he gets a good forward

If you were to reread my post, I was leaping off of your comment, not deriding it.

The post was about how certain posters twist what other posters mean when, like you and I have repeatedly stated the team is soft and point out that they need more toughness. Then certain other posters twist that toughness to mean face punchers..just like Sbroads did about 30 seconds after I posted mine.
Maybe you should put your drinks down, or move y to ur eyes closer to your tablet, lol!

Now I do find it interesting that when I stated yesterday just before opening faceoff that I hope Risto annihilates Kuch...how you twisted that to mean goonerism as well. I was clearly going for him to lay him out in lavender with a forceful hit that all the Risto lovers use as their top reason for keeping him.

So why did Tampa add two guys who p,at tough physical hockey to add to others league leading highly skilled players? They made a concerted effort to upgrade the truculence of their team.
