Bogo and Scandella to start practicing. Botterill's dream of 9 defensemen on the roster is going to come true |
|
|
|
Meh there was more then just JCraig drinking the koolaid after our 8-1-1 start, just like there are more people having a melt down after going 1-5-1 in the last 7. People ride the emotional wave but fall victim to small sample sizes.
Just two weeks ago Howard Simon and Jeremy White were talking about how the Bills were going to be 10-1 going into their matchup with the Cowboys. They are now predicting 9-7.
Real football started last week and the Bills are 0-1
Real hockey starts around Christmas time.
Anything before that is giving yourself a cushion, or a larger hill to climb but the games always get tougher. - Swedish_Jesus
there is a lot of truth here, but why wait until the sky is falling to make a move.
more and more trades are being made in the early portion of the season over the last 2 years. hopefully jason can find a partner, leverage some of the trade talk that was discussed at last year's tdl and this past offseason.

By status, i guess not. But everyone who watches all-22 says john brown is great and always gets open. - robz228
And is on pace for almost 1200 yards.
It’s weird. The two actually decent WR additions are on pace for 2000 yards.
Almost seems like we could use another actual weapon |

On report #LAKings are working on a release of Ilya Kovalchuk from his contract, agent JP Barry declined comment.
Both sides scheduled to talk again today.
Source close to matter categorized it as a “fluid situation.” |

We’ve needed a 2C before we started 8-1-1, we still need a 2C since going 1-5-1.
If there is a trade to make, then make it. My overall comment has to do with just jumping the gun here on predictions. Two weeks ago Ralph Kreuger was the favourite for the Jack Adams and now Botts’ head on the line.

No tage time ..... lazar gets the call up.
Very interesting decision here - Sabretooth9
Lazar has been playing VERY well in Rochester in all aspects. Tage still being accused of being a little soft of back check and defense |

has 4
and i would say mark andrews is his red zone target who has 5
Coming into the league you would say Lamar was set to be a runner
nobody would have called josh allen a running qb - hubie
Allen had 10 tds passing last year
And 6 rushing tds.
Would call allen a rushing qb. Both our TDs this week were him- on the ground
You have moved the goal posts from allen running the ball which effects his wr's td totals
To:
Nobody would have called allen a running qb?
Which is still wrong |

many overreact.
2 years of not scoring enough, generating enough quality chances is long enough, i wouldn't call that overreacting. over those 2 years, they have played 20 games of 99 so far that were good exciting hockey. fans have been patient enough.
time for botts to make a move. |

That's good to hear.
As long as they stay healthy, they are fine. They are in the last year of their deals. |

Joker is waiver eligible, I have to imagine that he gets sent down to Roch for convenience only.
I can't see Montour sitting for Bogo.
I can see a trade being made though.
I think we are still a couple of weeks away from Bogo actually joining the Sabres roster, I would expect him to be sent to Roch for a conditioning assignment.
that gives Botts more time.

Lazy response. Void of thought.
You clearly do not watch josh allen as a buffalo bill qb.
They design runs for him. He is a running qb.
Beane and McDermott definitely saw the ability to run, when they drafted him.
He's been compared to cam
I'll let you know how he looks on sunday , while I'm at the game in Miami.
Please give me an update on the Wyoming football.

It was more of a joke than thinking it would.
I assume Joker is the casualty of getting sent down, but I'd still rather him be in the lineup.
I hope a trade is made, that makes sense. We have a lot of Defense, and need Offense. |

again on the second part would you have called josh allen a runnign qb
We expect Lamar to run we were not expecting josh to run we expected passign yards and look like what the nfl has become
If one thing that history has shown "running" qbs have a short life cycle not just form getting hit but because they are easily schemed for - hubie
This is just false. Josh Allen was compared to Cam Newton quite often, and running QB with a big arm. Josh Allens biggest strength was his legs. |

Wyoming had 1 of the worst O-lines in College, Allen was constantly running for his life. |
