Winning feels good!

1st round playoff win is my goal.

And to maybe have Frost and Patrick in the lineup before season end.

Lindblom, Farabee, Frost, Provorov, Hart, Konecny, Myers
And whatever we get from Patrick does look pretty good.

Watching Myers and some of the other younger players perform recently had been very enjoyable.

The Coots line makes me think of The Cat in the Hat where TK and Lindblom are Things 1 and 2. He looks like he's having a blast and those two are always buzzing around causing havoc.

Exciting win in Toronto! Need a full effort tonight in Boston.

Lots of good positives. Really is a young squad with good veteran support now. The sky’s the limit. Farabee has been so fun to watch. Not that there was ever a doubt that he would stay—congrats, Joel!

I’d put them at a 100 point limit

Sanhiem seems to be playing better with Myers out there. Both can skate and maybe it’s comfort. But the passes between them seem effortless most of the time.

Anderoff did better than I expected. 4 th line playing over ten minutes. I like that.

Is it bad that I want kapanen in orange and black. Wearing his dads old number. My my would he be great.

Have my ups and downs with him. Does anyone think if sanhiem and Myers continue to play like this that ghost is expendable. Why I’m not upset if he is the 5 th slot. Can’t help but wonder what we could get to improve the team elsewhere as others are filling his role.

Regarding Kapanen, I am with you. We still need some more speed, although we've been improving. Toronto cold use some more defense, so.....you have to give to get

I wasn’t referring to this season only and certainly not points. But since you mention it, yes, I think they can break the 100 point threshold.

we've got young forwards coming who will do what Kapanen does

our young D are not so replaceable if we trade them away

This year feels different for sure.

TK and OL are off to a great start.

I think AV and his staff are making a huge difference.

I don't think two young defenseman playing well makes another defenseman expendable. You need 6 in the lineup. Niskanen and Braun are over 30. Braun is in the last year of his contract. Gostisbehere is showing a lot of signs of getting his game back. I don't see how that adds up to Gostisbehere being expendable.

That was an entertaining game last night, I don’t think the Leafs are as good as they were a couple years ago. Elliott had a strong game.

Bruins will be a big test, they’ve consistently been one of the best teams for a decade. Once their old horses are done they’ll pack it in like Detroit did when they lost Datsyuk, Zetterberg and Lidstrom.

Our season depended upon our young players stepping up and making an impact and so far they are doing just that!

When do you think our window officially opens?

Never said to trade him for a forward. Could be another d. He just seems more one dimensional than the others. And if he’s not in the top four do you get more of if equivalent of age shut down man.

To the other extent yes we have frost that may be as fast as kapanen. But still no exceptional speedster s even in our deep prospect pool. Speed of the game is becoming more important each year.

I don't see anything here that justifies your premise. You're basically suggesting trading Gostisbehere for a better defenseman of similar age. How does that happen?

Yeah, last night was a huge win in view of what they face tonight. If they can stay close and possibly get a point it will be epic.

Kudos to Elliott last night as well. He's seemed absolutely dialed in of late.

Based on av s track record I say January 2020. Haha

Seriously, if they somehow make the dance and win a round the young players will probably have progressed quite a lot. With no regression, to me it could open in 2021/22 I guess.

Just sucks that Patrick is hurt as I really feel that we'd be killer with him at 3c.
