Just about every one of his blogs since the start of the season. Last blog he wrote Trotz has a negligible effect on the teams success it’s all luck. He’ll die on that hill.

Seriously? I haven't read any of his stuff in a while. I think he does it just for clicks. He can't really believe that.

He’s just your typical, angry, tolerant weenie who really isn’t tolerant of anything. I normally just stay off his page because I don’t want to give him any posts but it’s been to hard to resist busting his chops.

I still don't understand this trade. It has to be one of the worst ever suggested. You basically give a 2nd and a top prospect for a scrub.

The best part is how he justifies it. That the Kings get to cap-dump Pearson who is a "44pt player"

I mean it was written before Barzal was the star he is now, but he was still a serious Grade-A prospect. I love that the idiot was willing to trade that to help the Kings save cap space and get the Islanders someone who produces as much offense as Nick Leddy

There wasn't one single thing written about why that was good for the Islanders

Yeah I'm not saying Varly shouldn't shoulder any of the blame but the Islanders didn't play a good game at all against PIT and didn't play particularly great tonight either. The rotation is working right now and I'm more than happy to let it ride until it's not working.
- eichiefs9

I think there's a case for either path, but I'd lean toward sticking with the rotation. You're right that the team should have played better in front of Varlamov. And I agree that you might as well keep rotating them while the team's flying high and riding a point streak. Don't over-manage when something's working well enough.

On the other hand, both goalies have played about the same number of minutes; three out of the team's four losses were with Varlamov in net; and, at the moment anyway, the stats aren't as evenly split among the two of them as they were last season: Greiss clearly has better numbers than Varlamov, and he's had to deal with his share of team breakdowns in front of him, too...he's made some downright spectacular saves -- sometimes a bunch in a row while under sustained pressure when no one would have faulted him for letting up a goal -- to earn the numbers he has.

Now's probably not the time to mess with things, but I think you can make a case for Greiss as starter. Definitely so if current trends continue beyond the point streak.
