EK is more full of shat than a Xmas turkey.
The Oilers have 21 million invested in McJesus and Draisaitl they are not gonna get Hall.
As you said no cap space and he going to command 10+ a year so it’s not gonna happen unless it’s just for a PO rental but that’s gonna coast a first rounder and premier prospect. Don’t see them doing that.

I will be the outcast here but look at the numbers he will command 10+ mil per... he has played in 2-3 if you want to call them full season 1 82 game season and 76,75 game season.... he has 2 years of elite performance.. not saying he isn't worth the money but he will kill the cap... still have barzal and beau to resign. could get a few good years out of him but if he continues to get hurt your done.... i don't think he is worth the risk
