UGh...I asked a question about Kakko, and Jimmy Tan Tan made it political. Get facts straight buddy. I only talk politics when he brings it up. Facts be hard for you I guess - rrentz
He was talking to Tanner. |

I don't know why you're trying to throw a perfectly reasonable take into my face.
The day I wrote that, he was, by Evolving Hockey's aggreagate statistical model the WORST PLAYER IN THE NHL.
Much was expected of him, and he was putting up ENFORCER LEVEL statistics.
I even wrote that he might do better if he got some shifts with better players.
And what happened? STFU, Tanner is right again. - James_Tanner
Only a highly educated person could've said it with this level of finesse, Tanner. Well done! |

Kakko played with Howden and Lemiux. Good players but not Panarin or Zib,...so how were you right?
Jimmy Tan Tan wrong again.
Remember Jimmy, weather man field is wide open |

I don't want to get into it, so I'll just say one thing and then stop.
I am not tolerant at all. If you said "I support Bill Cosby" I'd say the exact same thing. No difference to me. - James_Tanner
The simple fact that you brought politics into it, puts you in the wrong. |

Say what you want (and as a known tbag supporter nothing you say has any credibility or value) I always face my accusers. - James_Tanner
Still trying to reconcile this with Ek's directive to stick to hockey and leave the politics, and I would think the ad hominem attacks as well, out.

Why is your continued insults to people based on their political position continue to be tolerated? What does who they support politically have to do with anything? - MJL
Because that's just JT's way... Nothing left in the basket of insults? Bring political affiliation into the mix! If JT can't win an argument, he resorts to hate which is the way of many libs. |

When Tanner said Kakko was the biggest disappointment in the league I suggested that guys like Bobrovsky, Benn, Lucic, etc...are likely causing far more concern to their respective teams than an 18-year old kid adapting to a new country, language, teammates, systems, travel, etc...
THAT was the more reasonable take.
Later that night, Kakko got 2 more points. Haha. It was a real Meltzer moment.
P.S. Kessel has ONE even-strength goal in 19 games. He has to be high on the list of biggest disappointments. Although a few of us saw this coming a mile away. Haha! |
