Definitely deserves the rest of the season, but honestly, I think his roster construction is completely broken and been exposed.

I will be SHOCKED if the Leafs turn this around beyond a wild card spot at this point. This is not a good team in any stretch.

My fav part is Ray/Bob segments, and they both shred the Leafs play, daily.
