I think there is 2 teams both making adjustments trying to accomplish the same things.

I don't think they just decide to play and not play.

That theory, while I'm not saying you're wrong, would render sporting a top heavy team (small group paid a lot, remaining paid very little) the worst possible strategy then.

That would mean Dubas built, statistically, the dumbest roster possible.

Not sure I like kap and JT together.
Kap does some good things but not much of a playmaker. Feels like his linemates are in good spots and he flings it at the net or somewhere else
