It would be a perfect time to do it with all of his mediocre UFAs taking off. Clean slate for the next guy

With Skinner paid for 8 yrs, I would move him to Jack's line, and move Reinhart to the 2nd line. This would allow us to see if he can produce without Jack, and probably lower this year's production so we won't have to pay as much for him. Put him back with Jack after contract.
