Kyle Dubas says he finds it "mind boggling" that there's a "referendum" on Cody Ceci every time he makes a mistake. The #leafs GM defended Ceci by pointing to his relatively strong underlying numbers, particularly for someone with his heavy usage.

Well the Leafs are under preforming expectations. So yes, any mistakes re going to be magnified.

the only thing ceci does on at least an average level is keeping the puck in on the attack. if he has decent possession numbers it'll solely be because even a literal garbage can could get the puck to rielly and let him do all the work with the breakout
