I was only half joking. I didn't know that existed, but it suits our personnel better. If you're going to do that, I'd go with 8D and 10 forwards.

If anyone would try it, I think it would be Krueger. I think that's the kind of thing you need time to implement though. You're retraining hockey players, so it would probably have to be done in the off season

Isn't it crazy where two coaches have elevated ERod into positions that far exceed his capabilites?
We saw it last year when they put ERod on line 1 when Jack was out for several games. Now we see it on line 2 for Mojo.

I just don't see why they wouldn't put Mitts up to see how he can do.

Let's see what kind of game the Sabres play tonight, see if they can right the ship. Get some of the secondary scoring going again.

Mojo is hurt and erod has always played better at center and maybe he finally shows anything this year.

Miller, while a booming shot, has had a case of the Zhitniks. Dude can’t hit the broadside of the barn. Add in the Schrödinger’s cat argument of, if offensive defensemen don’t score any goals are they offensive?

Botts needs to make a move, we all know it. The team just isn’t good enough as constructed. And how many more losses until disgruntled risto shows up?

Who do we have that fits that role?
Skinner? Eichel?
EK9 would’ve been perfect if we still had him

I think Eichel would fit better as one of the “halfbacks”
Who run the offense from the circles
And defensively can be in position to carry the puck out, or get the puck passed up ice
Dahlin, Sam, Mitts all seem like good guys in this spot too

Torpedoes- Eichel, Skinner, Mitts, Mojo, Sheary, Olofsson (this is also where you hide your extra "forwards" - I'll put Gilmour and erod here)

Half backs - Reinhart, Miller, Vesey, Okposo, Risto, Bogo

Defensemen - Montour, Joker, Dahlin, McCabe


You need a good outlet pass from the defensemen. The best thing about the system is that Sobotka and the twins just disappeared
