He had a great game against his former team like he seems to usually do, good for him. I guess he doesn't have to play with Eichel to produce. Nice to see him score a goal scorers goal as well.

ERod has NO place in the NHL. What is the (frank)in love affair with him and the management?

Lazar with a goal, 2 shots, 2 hits, 2 blocked shots in 8:47 of ice time - the lowest on the team. And he was hustled all night.

Okposo 0's across the board except 2 PIM in 9 minutes on the ice.

It's not a team changing decision but if Botterill wants to send these snowflakes a message, keep Lazar and dump Okposo to Rochester. While he's at it, call TT up and drop one of Girgs, Larsson or Vesey to Rochester.

And do something with the D-situation to get us needed help.

That goals on Hutton, nobody else. can’t give up a goal from 30 feet out from an angle, unscreened. A good shot by Hamilton but if Hutton was square the puck hits him.

Looking at the replay, I have no idea how the refs don’t call a penalty on Carolina on their last PP when Girgenson got hauled down in the corner.
No call and Carolina score 10 seconds later. I’m guessing that’s why the Sabres bench was going nuts.

I see McCabe and Risto were on the ice for 3 goals against, Erod messed up an odd man rush, Skinner scored a 5 on 5 goal, and Hutton was awful.

Skinner showed up tonight in a big way. I think we finally found a way for him to rack up assists. Just keep pushing guys to the net and let Skins shoot pucks off of them into the net.

Now we have to figure out whatever is making Eichel ovulate cause he has not been good the last 7 games. This team goes as he goes.

Erod recovered well enough. 5 goals on 29 shots. One fluke goal, one he had no chance on, needs to make a save on goal 4 and/or 5. There’s a reason he’s been a backup for a decade. 6K - develop quickly please

I'm a huge eichel fan, but I'm starting to think he's the problem. Kinda vaggie, especially in the scrums.

Yep: Lazar, joker and Larsson score and we lose. That’s really hard to do. Jacks line was MIA for the most part. Garbage refereeing in the end and a .828 save % will lose you games.
