Seems to me there's more to it than Good Team = Good Coach and Good Captain, Bad Team = Bad Coach and Bad Captain. I don't think any of us know what kind of leader Jack is. They probably do need more leaders in the room, but if you try to solve that with Benn's contract, you're killing the team long run.
