Just because we're amongst the leaders in hits doesn't mean that somebody is coming to Dach's aid. He has been pounded cheaply on several ocsions without recourse.

I'm not advocating Reaves either but somebody like him that will make teams "lay off" the kid.

This team (as usual) since Ben Eager has not put any fear into anybody.

I say Blackhawk fans will be pissed if Lehner does not re-sign. Crawford should share net but you have to tell Lehner after this season he will be clear #1 and Crawford may not be back. As long as Toews and Seabrook are here you have salary cap concern. Let Crawford go; trade deeadline is one option. Try for a draft choice. Crawford would be a rental. Accept a #2 round. Savings goes toward paying DeBrincat, Strome. No other sensible route to take

If a contender has their #1 goaltender out injured then maybe you could try to package our #2 with Crawford for their #1.
In a likely never happens scenario, trade that #1 with package deal including Seabrook to Seattle. If he approves of the trade.

If they want to win they've got to win some 50 50 pucks, no way around it
