I don't think BabRichard is a bad coach necessarily, but I think there is clearly a rift between him and some players, and him and Dubas.

I just dont feel like the organization, top to bottom, is on the same page and that is filtering all the way down to the ice.

3 years ago, the organization, and the team, was much better, even with all those guys as rookies.
