I truly think they are over-coaching him, clearly evident that he is overthinking the game way too much and is hesitant. That play in the 2nd that caused his benching was a real head-scratcher...like a WTF am I supposed to do.
They're in his head way too much...let the kid play.

UPL also has 2 shutouts in a row. Which is good. Hopefully he’s close to AHL ready soon. The Amerks could use a decent goalie.

Excellent post. The coach and his decisions are really starting to worry me. Our best chance at being good for the long term has to include the following:

1. Dahlin playing big minutes
2. Mitts getting regular time
3. Miller in the lineup
4. 55 and 19 not playing big minutes (and ideally moved)

It's funny how people are criticizing are coaches for teaching young players how to play the game. Is it wrong to want these kids to learn.
