Here's also what I know: a lot of our best players are not playing very well; that's 100% not on Dubas.

Also, he's been at the job for like a year. Give him a break, can Babcock, get control of the room and let's see what we have before torpedoing everything just because he's under 40, wears glasses, and isn't hideous to look at.

Keefe is his guy. He was getting a lot of interest from NHL teams but the Leafs wanted him to stay.

Define being good at. If you are better than anyone else in measurable way, sure. Most of times, people’s abilities are comparable however. Then intangibles kick in. True, looks matter more for females but it applies to males. Just less degree.
