Another player that was expected to help lead the Sabres out of the wilderness is defenseman Rasmus Dahlin. The 19 yr. old native of Sweden is in his second NHL season and it would seem as if he bearing the full brunt of a sophomore slump. Dahlin has not looked good for most of the season so far and last night Krueger stapled him to the bench for the entire third period.

I hope not, I really wish they would have thrown a brinks truck at Stevey Y, but it probably wouldn't have mattered.

Many of us wanted all three on the roster from day one over some of the retread bums. Let's see how they're deployed and what they've got.

Might have been mentioned, but Tage up, Larsson to IR. Will be nice to see Asplund get a few more games than we expected.

Botterill's pride got the better of him. Sobotka should have been disappeared over the summer. I have never seen a player who is so allergic to the offensive zone

The Bills just did on 1st down in their 10th game what they should have done on 1st down all year.

Sam Bennett is just...Sam Bennett. They’ve waited and waited but I think he is what he is at this point. If the Flames could get a forward with some talent who hasn’t entirely put it together, maybe that’s something they’d look at.

I dont know if we have a forward for them, but he's another high-motor guy for the bottom-6. Lazar, Bennett and Asplund would make a tenacious 4th line
